File Format and Technical Specs
Almost all standard images and vectors would work with us. Those include JPG, PNG, GIF, BMP, TIF, PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, and PSD. We suggest submitting your file in the highest resolution available to you for the best results.
We can digitize your designs in any format that your commercial or home embroidery machine can accept. Our formats of choice would include DST, EXP, PES, CND, EMB, HUS, JEF, XXX, POF, and others. Please specify your format of choice when placing your order.
Of course! Our digitizers can handle low-resolution or blurry images and even those images that are drawn on a piece of paper. We will clean up the image and the design and will digitize it to create a quality embroidery file. If we find the image to be too frustrating to work with, we will get in touch.
Yes, we perform backups on all digitized and vector files and keep them stored in our vault. Should you lose your files and need them once again, get in touch with our customer support, and they will send the files to you at no extra cost.
Yes, we don’t charge to change the format of your design. Just let us know what format you would like, and we will do it for you at no charge.
Yes, we can provide .PES and .PEC format for your BabyLock machines.

Capabilities and Sizing
The size of your logo depends on the placement of your logo, so you can simply let us know the placement of your logo, and we will inform you about the size of your logo. If you want a custom size of your logo, you can also let us know the size or contact us at support@zdigitizing.com.
Most modern embroidery machines allow you to resize designs on their screens. However, changing the design size by 10 to 20 percent is the safest range to maintain the quality of the stitching. Anything outside of that range would require a professional resize of the design in an embroidery digitizing software.

You can’t always directly downscale a design from large jacket back sizes to left-chest sizes because some letters become too small and details become too complex to even be noticeable. Our digitizers can help you with that by adjusting the details accordingly. They can simplify the tiny details and will completely recreate the stitch file to make it look clean and perfect at a smaller size.

Turnaround Time, Edits, and Satisfaction
Sure! If you are on a deadline, you can take advantage of our express rush service. For standard orders, submit your request, and we will have your file ready between 1 and 4 hours.
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If a design does not sew out well, please email us a picture of the sew-out. Include your machine type and the type of fabric. We will assess the problem and repair the file promptly.
Absolutely! Small edits and small adjustments to the file size are completed at no charge. We want you to be happy with the final result. If you want us to completely redesign and layout the file, then a small fee will be charged.
Absolutely not. Customers only pay once they approve the design. We show customers a preview first. Revisions will be made until total satisfaction is reached. Total satisfaction from our customers is important to us.
Delivery and File Management
All completed design embroidery files and vector files will be emailed to you directly.
We’re unable to send files through WhatsApp or any similar app, however, we can send a Google Drive link. For your safety, the best method to receive your files in the highest quality is through Email.
Yes, we provide a high-res digital preview image and production sheet with your final stitch files.
